Dumbbell Curl

Dumbbell Curl 
exercise 
How to start
  • Sit on the a bench and hold dumbbells in both hands
  • Your arms should be fully straight.

Movement of the exercise

  • Move one dumbbell up at a time  towards your shoulders, rotating your forearm and keeping your upper arm fixed.
  • Hold for 2 secs; then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  • Repeat with the other arm.

Tips on Dumbbell Curl

  • Do not lean backwards while the movement.
  • Curl the dumbbells up slowly upwards.
  • Keep your upper arms fixed while the movement.
